Democrat House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler led the charge Wednesday to hold Attorney General Bill Barr in contempt of Congress for not handing over the unredacted version of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe — declaring the move necessary as the country enters a “constitutional crisis.”

But Nadler had a very different stance on contempt back in 2012 when House Republicans took the same step against then-Attorney General Eric Holder for refusing to hand over documents related to the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal. Here’s Nadler’s Tweet from 2012:

I guess, when it comes to a ‘Constitutional Crisis’, Representative Nadler only cares when a Republican is in the Oval Office. The most ironic twist about the contempt vote this week is that Nadler and his fellow Congressmen are to see the whole Mueller Report at the DOJ. He just wants the show.
