Did you hear the latest collective Democrat gasp? It has to do with the latest jobs numbers.

While we are not out of the woods yet, the US economy is showing signs of an upswing. This is good news for America and bad news for the Democrats.

The economy showed signs of a recovery in May. The US unemployment rate dropped over the past month as the US economy added over 2.5 Million jobs.

The unemployment rate fell from 14.7% in April to 13.3 % in May. This is promising news since many ‘experts’ had predicted a 20% or greater unemployment rate for May.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics said that the unemployment rate fell in large part to many other states reopening businesses that were closed to enforce Covid-19 social distancing measures. Restaurants, construction, healthcare and retail businesses, all saw gains while airline and hotel jobs were still showing losses.

The report showed the biggest employment surge since 1939. This is a good sign that the strong Trump economy before the pandemic response was able to help the economy whether the Covid-19 storm.

Of course, an upswing in the economy has Democrats panicking to find the next thing to attack President Trump on. They must have seen the signs, because they seemed to immediately forget about Covid-19 and are now embracing the riots destroying many businesses.

Cue the next anti-Trump ‘crisis’.
